This policy governs all payment terms, billing procedures, and financial responsibilities related to enrollment at Zeblyn Music. By enrolling, the student or parent/guardian agrees to the terms outlined below.

Student Success Guidelines

At Zeblyn Music, we are committed to creating a positive, respectful, and inspiring learning environment where every student can grow both musically and personally.

Enjoy the Journey

Music is a rewarding and exciting adventure. We encourage students to have fun, stay motivated, and celebrate their progress every step of the way.

Be Punctual

Arriving on time helps students receive the full benefit of each lesson and demonstrates respect for the teacher's schedule.

Bring Required Materials

Students should bring all necessary books, folders, notebooks, instruments, and assigned materials to every lesson.

Practice Regularly

Consistent practice is the key to musical growth. Students are encouraged to follow their teacher's recommendations and practice according to their individual goals and level.

Participate and Ask Questions

Learning is most effective when students are actively engaged. We encourage students to ask questions and communicate whenever they need additional guidance or clarification.

Respect Others and Property

Students, parents, teachers, instruments, equipment, and facilities must always be treated with respect. Zeblyn Music values kindness, inclusion, and professionalism in all interactions.

Image & Media Release Authorization

Zeblyn Music Academy may photograph or record students during lessons, recitals, performances, and school events for educational and promotional purposes. Please read the following authorization carefully and indicate your decision below.

Photo & Video Release

Zeblyn Music Academy — Orlando, FL

I hereby grant Zeblyn Music Academy and its authorized representatives permission to photograph, film, record, and use images, videos, and/or audio recordings of the student named in this enrollment contract.

These materials may be used for educational, promotional, and marketing purposes, including but not limited to: the school's website, social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.), printed materials, newsletters, recital programs, and other school-related communications.

I understand and agree that:

All photos and videos remain the property of Zeblyn Music Academy.
No compensation will be provided for the use of these images or recordings.
Images may be cropped, edited, or combined with other content at the school's discretion.
This authorization applies to the current and all future enrollment periods unless revoked in writing.
I may revoke this authorization at any time by submitting a written request to [email protected].

For Minors (under 18)

If the student is under 18 years of age, this authorization must be signed by a parent or legal guardian. The parent/guardian signature on this enrollment contract constitutes legal consent on behalf of the minor student.

Lesson Plan Confirmation

This agreement confirms that the student and/or responsible party agrees to the selected lesson plan and monthly tuition rate. All lessons are structured on a weekly basis and may include different time formats and intensity levels.
